Every item is handmade from start to finish, with time, care and attention in every piece. I’m still learning and growing as a maker, so you might notice small imperfections - but that’s all part of the charm of something truly handmade.

All items are handmade to order and require 14 business days to be created before being shipped. This does not include weekends or public holidays.

As all items are handmade to order, we kindly ask that you allow the full turnaround period before getting in touch about your order. If this timeframe has passed and you’ve still not received your item, please contact us at allbyaysh@outlook.com and we will look into it for you.

You can include your measurements and/or height in the notes section at checkout to help us get the best fit for you.

Our maxi skirts are designed to sit lower on your hips, with three length options to suit your height:

Petite - approx. 35 inches (for heights under 5’3)

Regular - approx. 38 inches (for heights 5’4-5’7)

Tall - approx. 41 inches (for heights 5’8 and over)

Due to the delicate nature of the materials used, all garments are hand wash only. To keep your piece looking its best, please wash gently in cold water and avoid wringing, tumble drying, or ironing directly on the fabric. Lay flat to dry. To help maintain the colour and fabric quality, use a gentle detergent designed for colour care or a colour-preserving formula. Avoid bleach, harsh chemicals, and machine washing to keep your piece looking its best. Many items are made with fragile fabrics, so extra care goes a long way in preserving their quality and shape.

As each item is handmade to order, we are unable to offer returns or refunds. Please make sure to double-check your size and order details before placing your order.
